Great nose job and love the attention to detail with reflection in the glasses. If you want a little tip ( for photorealism ), it might be worth considering - in the area where you used liquify on the nose - adding a slight bit of noise or blending in a clone stamp of some skin texture - would reduce the plastic looking results that the liquify effect sometimes produces.
